Training Administrator – Part-time Dublin or Galway

As a Training Administrator you will be responsible for day to day activities of providing administrative support services within the Training Academy. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage various IT systems in order to manage the administration functions of the training team including our internal Learning Management System
  • Responding to internal and external queries relating to training and Continuous Professional Development
  • Co-ordinate training workshops and programmes, both internally and externally
  • Liaise with external training providers
  • Weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting as required
  • Maintaining training records
  • Supporting the business on queries relating to Insurance Exams and reporting on results.
  • Invoice processing

 

Requirements:

  • Ideally experience in a similar role
  • Strong computer skills and ideally experience working with MS Office.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and to strict deadlines
  • An interest in Learning and Development is preferred
