Media and Digital Employee Experience Manager

We are currently hiring for a Media and Digital Employee Experience Manager to join our People and Culture team.

As an integral member of the People and Culture team, you will design, produce, and edit high-quality content that helps tell the story of our business internally to our people, and externally to businesses and society. You will play an important role in connecting our employees to our company purpose and values through timely and relevant content, and inspiring brand recognition and loyalty by platforming our business via innovative content for external audiences.

We are looking for somebody who is creative, generates innovative ideas and knows how to tell a story to capture an audience. The successful candidate is comfortable creating high-quality, original, and engaging content which creates a positive connection and adds value to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, production and editing of high-quality graphic content utilising audio, video and photography – for both internal communications, and external PR and media coverage
• Capture key company and employee events and generate collateral for internal and external communications
• Create and execute a programme of ‘on demand’ multimedia (video) content including executive updates, employee content and cultural celebrations
• Handle all technical aspects of hybrid companywide employee events
• Proactively seek out opportunities to create content that showcases our culture and highlights our values in action
• Work closely with the Executive Team to support Function events and engagements
• Support external partners and agencies on off-site events and meetings
• Development of a content calendar and content library       
• Management and enhancement of company website, social media and intranet
• Creation of content that is consistent with our brand guidelines for both 123.ie and RSA.

Requirements:

• A track record in quality multimedia production.
• Strong photo and video capturing and editing skills.
• Demonstrable experience in software applications including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
• Experience using social media management tools to schedule and publish posts across social media channels.
• SharePoint management experience and knowledge of emerging CMS trends.
• A strong team player who can work collaboratively with peers and encourage excellent performance from executives, teams and individuals
• Ability to work in a busy environment to tight deadlines with a commitment to delivering quality results.
