Personal Lines Test & Implementation Analyst - 12 Month Contract

Be part of a dynamic team in RSA/123.ie where your innovation and creativity can be fostered. This is a key role in our Personal Lines Underwriting and Pricing department and sits within the Test & Implementation team. 

It involves User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across a variety of household and motor products to ensure changes required are working as expected.  The job involves liaising with ITS, ADM, Applied and other external suppliers to ensure all rate changes, underwriting risk acceptance changes, product enhancements and front-end changes are tested before they are put live. You will work with a range of stakeholders across the company to complement and enhance day to day Personal Lines testing and implementation related processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create test plans and carry out regular testing for changes to RSA Home and Motor products across both RSA systems and third-party applications. This includes Rate, Risk Acceptance Criteria and Document changes across multiple platforms.
  • Ensuring all UAT testing is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Attend Sprint calls with developers and IT business analysts to discuss changes in progress.
  • Provide support with monthly InseCom scheme changes to scheme writers.
  • Investigating pricing or underwriting queries and work to resolve any issues.
  • Willingness to analyse business needs to develop effective and appropriate testing & implementation improvements to current processes.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure rigorous testing and implementation of Personal Lines changes.
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance implementation & testing capabilities across the team and the organisation.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience carrying out testing helpful
  • Understanding of Personal Lines products and processes
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge an advantage
  • Great problem solving, communication and organizational skills
