Motor Injury Team Manager   

Excellent new role to lead our Motor Injury, as the Team Manager will achieve operational and quality targets. You will deliver, coaching & developing your team, completing Quality Audits, implementing standards to deliver on customer service and quality excellence, complaints & queries, professional and technical capabilities and spending time on your core role to ensure we achieve indemnity improvements across all Motor Lines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Manager in leading and developing the team to ensure operational and quality targets are delivered.
  • Guiding and coaching new team members to increase professional and technical capability.
  • Improving customer service and quality standards.
  • Working closely with managers and other supervisors to effectively implement change and strategy to deliver agreed business benefits.
  • Assisting in quality assurance and identifying key trends.
  • Drive behaviours that:
  • Ensure key SLAs are met within the team
  • Motivates and develops team creating a positive environment.
  • Achieve personal and team performance targets.
  • Feedback from internal customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • 5 years injury handling experience or Team Manager desirable but not essential. Minimum qualifications CIP/MDI/ACII
  • Previous experience in Motor Damager & Injury
  • Reports directly to Head of Injury & Liability Claims Manager.
  • You will supervise and motivate the team to achieve operational and quality targets and deliver the company customer service proposition.
  • You will spend your time supporting the team resolving queries and assisting with the development of the team.
