Senior Content and Sponsorship Executive

You will join a dynamic, fun, fast paced team that will support you and take your career to the next level. The Senior Content & Sponsorship Executive will play a key role in creating campaigns centred around our brand, our people, and our sponsorship with Athletics Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will help devise and implement strategies sharing our content far and wide. You will have creative ideas about how we can grow our audience through novel distribution and promotion tactics to build brand consideration and awareness of new 123.ie products.
- Create high-quality content for our parent company RSA Insurance Ireland including newsletters, blogs and help grow our B2B channels including LinkedIn and broker comms.
- You will optimize our processes so that we continue to produce high quality content as efficiently as possible from briefing to execution.
- Help communicate to our audiences on various products such as 123Go by creating new and strategic content that will increase our brand metrics.
- Schedule monthly social media posts across all channels on 123.ie and RSA with a focus on TikTok to help grow the channel for our 123.ie.
- Creative specific online campaigns for product and support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on asset creation.
- Manage CMS and website updates RSA Insurance Ireland.
- Work with the Head of Public Affairs with support of ESG initiatives including video creation and website content.
- Support the Head of RSA Sales with B2B brand support including merchandising and event support.
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team with internal communications and assist from time to time.
- Support Marketing Communications Manager with sponsorship, including brand activations and social media planning.
- Attend sponsorship events to help grow the 123.i.e. brand.
- Manage and liaise with brand ambassadors to promote paid partnership campaigns.
- Identify new and innovative ways of managing the sponsorship to help grow our brand.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of work experience in a Business or Marketing environment
- Social Media marketing experience - particularly owned and earned social media.
- Content creation experience and knowledge working with agencies and internal production team on postproduction. Will also require experience in concept creation and brief writing.
- Design and Canva experience needed for in house production.
- Involvement working on sponsorships is essential.
- Experience in brand activations is desirable.
- A self-starter and enjoys problem-solving / troubleshooting.
- Ambitious, curious, and keen to learn. Formal and on-the-job training will be provided.
- Great attention-to-detail
